Salida Pedagógica 3° y 4° medios

En el marco del programa de la asignatura electiva "Ciencias del Ejercicio Físico y Deportivo", a cargo del docente Sr. Claudio Nail, y con el objetivo de fomentar la sana convivencia entre los estudiantes y el respeto por la naturaleza y el entorno, los alumnos de tercero y cuarto medio, acompañados por su profesor, apoderados e inspector, realizaron una salida pedagógica al sector de las cascadas en Puerto Octay. Los estudiantes se prepararon física y teóricamente con anticipación; además, la actividad incluyó un trekking de 5 kilómetros a través de un sendero inmerso en el bosque nativo, el cual culminó en una cascada de 20 metros de altura. La jornada comenzó a las 8:30 horas y regresaron al establecimiento a las 14:00 horas después de completar el senderismo en 2 horas, incluyendo la medición de la frecuencia cardíaca y la exploración del entorno. Queremos felicitar al curso por su comportamiento y compromiso educativo.
As part of the elective course "Exercise and Sports Science" under the supervision of Mr. Claudio Nail, and with the aim of promoting healthy relationships among peers and respect for nature and the environment, the third and fourth-year high school students, accompanied by their teacher, guardians and inspector, took an educational trip to the waterfall area in Puerto Octay.
The students were physically and theoretically prepared in advance. The activity included a 5-kilometer trek through a trail immersed in the native forest, which culminated in a 20-meter high waterfall.
The trip began at 8:30 am and they returned to the school at 2:00 pm after completing the trek in 2 hours, including measuring heart rate and exploring the environment.
