Feria “Huellas de Nuestra Historia”: una mirada a nuestra identidad y diversidad cultural

El pasado lunes 14 de septiembre, los estudiantes de 5° Básico A y 5° Básico B fueron protagonistas de la Feria “Huellas de Nuestra Historia”, una enriquecedora experiencia interdisciplinaria que integró los aprendizajes desarrollados en las asignaturas de Tecnología, Historia, Música, Inglés y Artes.
A través de este proyecto, los estudiantes tuvieron la oportunidad de explorar el sincretismo cultural y el proceso histórico de mestizaje que ha contribuido a la construcción de nuestra identidad. Mediante sus presentaciones, trabajos y diversas expresiones artísticas, nos invitaron a reflexionar sobre cómo nuestra cultura actual es fruto del encuentro y la interacción entre diferentes pueblos, tradiciones y expresiones culturales.
La iniciativa también buscó transmitir un importante mensaje de respeto, empatía e inclusión, destacando el valor de nuestra diversidad y reconociendo que, a pesar de nuestras diferencias, todos somos parte de una historia compartida.
Un aspecto especialmente significativo de esta jornada fue la participación de los padres y apoderados, quienes acompañaron a los estudiantes como público principal. Su presencia, interés y entusiasmo permitieron valorar aún más el trabajo realizado por los niños y niñas durante el desarrollo del proyecto.
La participación de las familias contribuyó, además, a fortalecer el sentido de comunidad, generando un espacio de encuentro y aprendizaje entre estudiantes, familias y comunidad educativa. De esta manera, la Feria “Huellas de Nuestra Historia” se transformó en una valiosa instancia para promover relaciones basadas en el respeto, la empatía, la inclusión y la valoración de los demás.
Last Monday, September 14, students from 5th Grade A and 5th Grade B took center stage at the “Traces of Our History” Fair, an enriching interdisciplinary experience that brought together learning from the subjects of Technology, History, Music, English, and Arts.
Through this project, students had the opportunity to explore cultural syncretism and the historical process of mestizaje that has contributed to shaping our identity. Through their presentations, projects, and various artistic expressions, they invited us to reflect on how our current culture is the result of the encounter and interaction between different peoples, traditions, and cultural expressions.
The initiative also aimed to convey an important message of respect, empathy, and inclusion, highlighting the value of our diversity and recognizing that, despite our differences, we are all part of a shared history.
One of the most meaningful aspects of the event was the participation of the parents and guardians, who joined the students as the main audience. Their presence, interest, and enthusiasm helped highlight and celebrate the work carried out by the students throughout the project.
The participation of families also contributed to strengthening the sense of community, creating a meaningful space for students, families, and the school community to come together and learn from one another. In this way, the “Traces of Our History” Fair became a valuable opportunity to promote relationships based on respect, empathy, inclusion, and appreciation for others.
